Today was a VERY stressful day! I am so glad that it is over! 

Simplest Dinner! YUMM White Chicken Chili

I am all about the easy dinner recipes! We love chili in our house and now that it's finally starting to cool down in the evenings it is perfect Chili Season!!!!!

One of my favorites is White Chicken Chili! This is SO SIMPLE to make in the crock-pot!

So you can only imagine how excited I was when I found this in the freezer case a Wal-Mart..

WHAT! WHAT! That's right chicken bites!!! This makes the chili even simpler to make!! YAAY

Here's what you need!

1lb of chicken

1 to 2 cans of Great Northern beans ( I have a large family So I use a big can and a small can)

1 can of Green Chili's

McCormick's White chicken chili seasoning

1 cup water ( or chicken broth)

onions 

and that's it!!!!

put it all in the crock-pot and cook on slow!

chicken cut into bite size pieces!

everything in the crock and now ready to fill the house with the wonderful aroma!
